An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed dormant. ace444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Account balances after this period, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. Remaining balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All bets placed on the ace444 Platform are subject to acceptance by ace444 at its sole discretion. ace444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after apparent acceptance, where ace444 has reasonable grounds to suspect a technical error, odds pricing error, violation of these Terms, or suspicious betting activity.
Odds and betting markets on ace444 are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account bet history, the odds at which the bet was accepted will apply. For live in-play betting markets, including PSL ball-by-ball markets, ace444 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice due to significant match events or data feed interruptions.
ace444 will settle all bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official result declared by the relevant governing body, the official governing body result shall prevail. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the event's conclusion by contacting ace444 support.
A bet may be declared void and the staked amount returned to your Account Balance in the following circumstances: event cancellation or abandonment without a result being declared; a proven technical error in odds generation; settlement based on incorrect event data subsequently corrected by the governing body; or clear evidence of match irregularities or corruption reported by a recognised sports integrity authority.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace444 shall not be liable for any interruption to service caused by technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ace444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
In any event, ace444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your ace444 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closing your Account, you must withdraw any eligible Balance. Upon termination of your Account by ace444 for cause, any Balance held in your Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination follows confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct, the entire Account Balance may be forfeited. Where Account closure is initiated by ace444 for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
